Room Rates

$80.00 for regular rooms and $85.00 for boatels and cabins. Boatels and cabins are bigger rooms and located separate from the main resort. Make sure you reference GWPCA when making reservations in order to receive your discount.

Important Notes Regarding Rooms

Grooming is only allowed outside the resort rooms on covered deck/patio areas. Power will be available from inside the room. No bathing or grooming dogs in rooms. Bathing facilities will be provided.

When you call for your reservation, the resort charges one night's room rental to your credit card. There is a 7 day cancellation policy.

The resort charges a one-time non-refundable $30.00 cleaning fee for rooms with pets.

Dogs must be crated when you are not in the room. Dogs must be kept quiet, please respect other guests at the resort. And PLEASE pick up after your dog.

*If you are planning to stay over for the Hunt Test on Monday, make sure to contact Rend Lake Resort ASAP to make your reservations.

RV and Camping sites are also available, there is a full hook up camp ground roughly 1 mile from the hotel at the Wayne Fitzgerald State Recreation Area, 11094 Ranger Rd. Whittington, IL 62897. 618-629-2320

Golf Car Rentals and RV Parking At Rend Lake

As a convenience, particularly for those exhibitors staying in the boatels and cabins, the Resort has arranged a special rate on golf cart rentals. The carts must be reserved in advance and pre-paid.

RV parking will be allowed by the Rend Lake Resort management, however, the owner of the RV must have a hotel room reservation in their name. There will be a limited number of electrical outlets available.

There is a full hook up campground approximately one mile down the road from the hotel at Wayne Fitzgerald State Park. When you are entering the resort grounds, you drive right through the park and pass the campground. For more information and reservations call 618.629.2320.

This campground has a dump station and water available as well.
